Huntsville, AL – A round of showers and possible thunderstorms will move into the Huntsville area Wednesday night, bringing gusty winds and a significant temperature shift. Residents should prepare for rain, particularly after sunset, as cooler conditions settle in for the rest of the week.

According to the National Weather Service, Wednesday will start with partly sunny skies and a high near 74°F. A 20% chance of showers begins in the afternoon, but the main concern arrives at night when rain and thunderstorms become likely.
