Las Vegas, NV – Spring weather in Las Vegas is taking a turn midweek as showers and gusty winds are expected Wednesday night. While daytime temperatures will remain mild, rain is set to arrive in the evening, bringing potential wind gusts up to 25 mph.
According to the National Weather Service, there is a 70% chance of showers Wednesday night, mainly after 10 p.m. Winds from the southwest will increase to 14 mph, with gusts reaching 25 mph. Wednesday’s high will be 69°F before temperatures drop to a low of 49°F overnight.
By Thursday, rain chances decrease slightly to 30% during the day but increase to 50% overnight. Highs will be around 61°F, with overnight lows at 43°F. Friday brings a slight chance of showers before 10 a.m., followed by mostly sunny skies and a high near 59°F.
Looking ahead, the weekend will see a return to sunnier conditions. Saturday and Sunday will be mostly clear, with highs reaching the upper 60s, making for a pleasant spring weekend.
Drivers should be cautious on wet roads, especially along I-15 and US-95, where rain and wind could create hazardous conditions. Pedestrians and cyclists should also prepare for slick surfaces.
