Boulder Hill, IL – The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that took place Saturday night in the Boulder Hill neighborhood.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded around 8:29 p.m. to reports of gunfire near Sonora Drive and Saugatuck Road. Officers discovered that a residence had been struck by bullets, but the home was unoccupied, and no injuries were reported.
Authorities believe the incident was isolated and that there is no ongoing threat to the community. Detectives are seeking public assistance.
