Springfield, MO – After a cold weekend, Springfield residents can look forward to a warming trend this week, with temperatures reaching the mid-60s by Tuesday. While chilly mornings persist, the region will see mostly sunny skies and calmer winds.

According to the National Weather Service, Monday will bring mostly sunny conditions with a high near 60°F. However, early morning wind chills may drop as low as 27°F before temperatures rise. Southwest winds of 7 to 10 mph, with occasional gusts up to 21 mph, could add a slight breeze.

Tuesday is expected to be the warmest day of the week, with sunny skies and a high near 65°F. Nighttime temperatures will dip to around 44°F, with partly cloudy skies. Wednesday will be slightly cooler, reaching 59°F, with a mix of sun and clouds. By Wednesday night, lows will drop to 34°F.

Thursday brings partly sunny conditions with a high near 56°F, followed by another chilly night with lows around 34°F. Friday will warm up again, reaching 63°F with mostly sunny skies, making it a great day for outdoor activities.
