Aurora, Ill. — On Wednesday, July 2, Deputy Mayor Casey Cuevas led a ribbon cutting ceremony for Foreign Exchange Brewing Co. The deputy mayor was joined by members of the Aurora Regional Economic Alliance and the Aurora Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB).
Foreign Exchange Brewing Co. is a microbrewery known for its small-batch and oak-aged ales, the city shared. It has a variety of on-tap beers as well as small plates, sandwiches, tacos and desserts. The brewing company was named “2020’s Best New Brewery in Illinois” by PorchDrinking.com. Its products are also sold in retail stores. For the ribbon cutting ceremony, the company released two new beers, including the Barrel-aged Between Two Parallels.
The brewing company is located at 110 Cross Street in Downtown Aurora.
