Lexington, NC – The Davidson County Sheriff & 39;s Office T.R.A.C.E. Team is calling on the public to help locate a man wanted in connection with a recent crime. Renzy Allen Speaks, of Lexington, North Carolina, has been identified as a suspect following a breaking and entering incident in the area of Lamb Road.
According to the official press release issued by the Davidson County Sheriff& 39;s Office, Speaks is currently wanted on charges including felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and injury to property. Furthermore, authorities stated that he is also wanted in South Carolina on separate robbery charges.
Sheriff Richie Simmons and his team are urging anyone who may have information regarding the whereabouts of Renzy Allen Speaks to come forward. Residents can contact the Davidson County Sheriff& 39;s Office directly at 336 242 2131 to report information. The office is located at 2511 E US Hwy 64 in Lexington.
In a statement regarding legal proceedings, the Sheriff’s Office noted that pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 15A 532, conditions of release and bond amounts are determined strictly by judicial officials, not law enforcement. As with all legal matters, officials emphasized that all defendants are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
