Twin Cities, MN – After a cloudy and cool start to the weekend, light rain will taper off this morning across southern and central Minnesota, followed by a brief round of evening showers Sunday, according to the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities.
Today’s highs will reach the low to mid-40s, with lows tonight near 30°F to 35°F under mostly cloudy skies. Sunday will be breezy, with afternoon highs in the low to mid-50s and light showers developing in the evening before clearing overnight.
Monday through Wednesday will bring a dry and mild pattern, featuring partly cloudy skies and daytime highs in the 50s, with lows in the 30s to low 40s. Forecasters say this stretch will feel warmer than average for early November, even as seasonal averages begin to dip into the 40s.
The Weather Service notes that conditions look dry and quiet through at least midweek, making for comfortable fall weather across the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
