Austin, TX – Sunny skies and warm temperatures will dominate South-Central Texas today and tomorrow. Temperatures will reach the mid-80s to lower 90s across the region.
According to the National Weather Service, high pressure will keep conditions mostly clear through Monday. Lows overnight are expected to dip into the 60s, offering some cooler relief as fall-like conditions begin to settle in.
By Tuesday, the region will begin to experience isolated showers, especially toward the west. A tropical disturbance is forecasted to impact the area by midweek, with isolated to scattered thunderstorms predicted for Wednesday and Thursday. High temperatures will remain in the upper 80s, with elevated humidity contributing to potential rain development.
While storm impacts are expected to be minimal, residents should remain alert for localized rain and possible thunderstorm activity. The tropical system may bring occasional heavy downpours, with clearing expected by the end of the week.
