Bradley, IL – A new Culver’s restaurant is set to open in Bradley, bringing the beloved ButterBurgers and frozen custard closer to more Kankakee County residents. Located at 2061 N IL Route 50, the new location is expected to welcome guests in May 2025.
Rachel Vandergriff, a Manteno native and owner of the upcoming location, will lead the Bradley Culver’s. Vandergriff began her journey with Culver’s of Bourbonnais in 2014, working her way up from scooping custard to becoming a restaurant owner through the company’s mentorship program. She also serves as the general manager of the highly successful Bourbonnais Culver’s, which ranks as one of Illinois’ busiest locations.
“It is such a blessing and a privilege to be able to say I am a business owner at just 27 years old and I cannot express how grateful I am to the community for supporting Culver’s over the years- and for many more years to come!” Vandergriff said. Construction on the Bradley restaurant begins next week, with Vandergriff promising the same great service and quality the community has come to expect.
The Bradley Culver’s will feature a custom design chosen by Vandergriff and is conveniently located near the baseball complex behind Walmart.
