Beecher, IL – Beecher police responded to a burglary alarm at Lacey’s Place, 1121 Dixie Hwy, at 2:20 a.m. Monday. Officers arrived within a minute and found forced entry at Lacey’s and an adjacent Subway.

Responding officers searched the area and found additional break-ins at Domino’s Pizza, 985 S Dixie Hwy, and nearby businesses King’s Wok and Godfather Cigar & Tobacco. Initial dispatch only reported Lacey’s Place.

Investigators learned suspects arrived at Domino’s in a stolen vehicle at 2:14 a.m. and fled north on Dixie Hwy at 2:19 a.m. Police believe the same suspects burglarized businesses in Crete, Steger, and South Chicago Heights.

Officers recovered stolen items in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago. Police continue investigating and urge anyone with information to contact Det. Sgt. A. DaCorte at adacorte@beecherpolice.org.
