Milwaukee, WI – Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) issued a Water Drop Alert, urging residents to minimize water usage due to a combined sewer overflow in progress.
The alert calls for the community’s cooperation to reduce the risk of basement backups and sewer overflows. Actions recommended include postponing washing dishes and laundry, taking shorter showers, and monitoring updates on water reclamation facilities.
