Millsboro, DE – Delaware State Police have identified 73-year-old Gary Cooney of Millsboro as the man who died following a fatal crash Friday morning in Millsboro.
According to officials, the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate the incident. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information is asked to contact Master Corporal R. Albert at (302) 703-3266.
