Men Rescued from Tank Fall at Dibble Trucking in Gardner

GARDNER, Ill. – Two men were rescued from a confined tank at Dibble Trucking in Gardner on Thursday afternoon. Scanners reported the men fell into the tank, and initial reports indicated that both were unresponsive. However, both were later rescued and are responding.

The Gardner Fire Protection District received a call about the incident at 2:10 p.m. A Technical Rescue Team (TRT) was activated by MABAS 15 to assist in the rescue efforts. Braceville Chief 3202 requested a TRT response, and Braceville Ambulance, Morris Chief 2303, Morris 2326, and MABAS Division 15 were dispatched to the scene.
