Griffin Jr. of Dixon, who allegedly faces charges of Delivery of Cocaine (Class X Felony) and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Class 1 Felony). In a separate case, 30-year-old Allison R. Dunne of Amboy was allegedly charged with Delivery of Methamphetamine (Class X Felony).

The Blackhawk Area Task Force includes personnel from ISP and law enforcement agencies across Carroll, Henry, Lee, Stark, and Whiteside counties in Illinois, as well as Clinton County in Iowa.
