Louisville, KY – The National Weather Service in Louisville reports that clouds will dominate skies across Kentucky through the weekend, with rain chances increasing late Sunday night.

According to the NWS early Saturday, cloud cover is already building across much of central and southern Kentucky. Forecasters expect a mostly cloudy Saturday night with low temperatures ranging from 44 to 50 degrees.

Sunday will remain cloudy but mild, with afternoon highs between 61 and 67 degrees. By late Sunday night, a weak disturbance is expected to bring scattered showers, mainly across western and central Kentucky, with a 40% chance of rain overnight.

Forecasters note that no severe weather is anticipated, but damp conditions could linger into early Monday morning before clearing gradually. Drivers and trick-or-treat planners should keep an eye on updated forecasts, as lingering moisture could affect early-week events.

Residents are advised to stay tuned to local updates from the US National Weather Service Louisville for any changes to rain timing or coverage.
