Orlando, FL – Residents across Orlando woke up to brisk conditions Friday, with temperatures struggling to climb above 55°F. Frost advisories remain in effect through Friday night, but relief is on the horizon as a warming trend begins this weekend.

According to the National Weather Service, areas of frost are expected Friday night as temperatures dip to 35°F. Saturday will bring sunny skies, with highs near 61°F, while Sunday offers even warmer conditions, peaking at 68°F. Overnight lows will stay chilly, reaching 44°F on Saturday night and 48°F Sunday night.

By Monday, the warming trend takes full effect, with highs climbing to a balmy 72°F under mostly sunny skies. However, residents should remain cautious during the cold nights ahead, especially those in vulnerable areas prone to frost. Outdoor plants should be protected, and pets brought indoors during overnight hours.

The weekend weather presents ideal conditions for outdoor activities during the daytime, with clear skies and minimal wind. As temperatures rise early next week, Orlando residents can expect milder mornings and comfortable afternoons.
