Investigators also linked him to a September 22 incident in which video reportedly showed a man exposing himself along Chicago Avenue. Greenwood allegedly confirmed Calvert was the person in that video.
Calvert was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the East Chicago Police Department Jail. Police reported that he was already on electronic monitoring for a prior indecent exposure arrest in Lake County.
