Wheaton, IL – Chicagoland’s most dazzling holiday light show is back this season as Christmas at Cantigny kicks off with new attractions for 2025. The half-mile walk-through experience, set in Cantigny Park, features illuminated gardens, themed nights, and festive activities for families and visitors of all ages.
According to Cantigny officials, this year’s event introduces a Northern Lights-inspired display in the Rose Garden, along with two new themed evenings: A Wickedly Popular Christmas and Lights, Camera, Action!, which showcase different light shows and soundtracks on select nights. Guests will also find expanded interactive elements, larger-than-life sculptures, and a towering 28-foot Christmas tree.
New for 2025, visitors can reserve Cocoa Cabanas, heated private cabanas by the skating rink that seat up to 10 people and include a fire table and seasonal drinks. Ice skating is available for $7 admission with $3 rentals. The Noël Lounge offers small plates and holiday cocktails inside McCormick House, while the Noël Shop features gifts and Cantigny-grown poinsettias.
Other highlights include a holiday cocktail upgrade with souvenir mugs, festive music-orchestrated light shows, and access to Colonel McCormick’s decorated mansion. The event remains ADA- and stroller-accessible, ensuring it’s open to all visitors.
Tickets are on sale now, with dates running through the holiday season at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, DuPage County.
