Detroit, MI – Southeastern Michigan will see a mix of breezy, mild, and unsettled weather through the middle of the week, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Detroit/Pontiac.

Tuesday remains partly cloudy and breezy, with gusts of 20–25 mph and highs ranging from the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. Winds will strengthen on Wednesday as a cold front passes through, bringing scattered showers and gusts up to 40 mph — strongest across northern parts of the region. Highs will again reach the upper 50s to low 60s before temperatures drop overnight into the upper 20s and low 30s.

Thursday will start sunny but turn mostly cloudy by late afternoon as highs stay in the upper 40s to low 50s. Another round of rain is possible Friday, with breezy conditions and highs near 55–60 degrees.

Forecasters say this week’s weather pattern marks a typical November transition — warm and windy ahead of fronts, then cooler and damp to end the week. Motorists should prepare for gusty crosswinds on area highways Wednesday and early Friday.
