Concord: Nashua Woman Arrested for Fraudulent Documents at DMV
A Nashua woman was arrested at the Concord DMV for presenting fraudulent documents. She faces misdemeanor tampering with public records charges this October.

Concord, NH – A 39 year old Nashua woman was taken into custody on September 1, 2026, after authorities say she attempted to use falsified paperwork to secure a driver's license. The incident took place at the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles office located in Concord.
According to the New Hampshire State Police, the woman allegedly presented fraudulent documents during her visit to the state facility. Law enforcement officers were notified of the situation, leading to her immediate arrest at the scene.
The suspect has been formally charged with misdemeanor tampering with public records. Following the incident on September 1, 2026, the woman was processed and released pending her future court date.
Official records indicate that the woman is scheduled for an arraignment on October 23, 2026. This legal proceeding will address the charge of tampering with public records filed against her in relation to the events at the Concord DMV office.
