St. Louis, MO – Sunny skies and near average temperatures will continue around St. Louis this weekend before a steady warming trend pushes temperatures above normal during the workweek.
According to the National Weather Service in St. Louis, Saturday and Sunday will feature pleasant fall conditions, with daytime temperatures generally close to early October averages.
The NWS temperature outlook shows highs around the lower to mid 70s Saturday. Sunday turns somewhat warmer, with afternoon temperatures reaching into the 70s while overnight readings remain cool.
A brief dip in temperatures is expected Monday. Highs are forecast closer to 70 degrees, with morning lows generally falling into the 40s across the region.
The warming trend becomes more noticeable Tuesday. The NWS expects temperatures to climb back above average from Tuesday onward, with increasingly warm afternoons through the end of the workweek.
By Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, forecast highs are generally shown reaching the upper 70s to 80s across the St. Louis region. Overnight temperatures will also trend upward, moving from the 40s early in the week toward the 50s later in the period.
The outlook emphasizes sunshine and temperature changes rather than hazardous weather, with no significant precipitation indicated in the graphic.
Residents can expect a seasonable and sunny weekend, a cooler start to the workweek Monday, and then progressively warmer conditions from Tuesday through Friday.
