Towson, MD – Baltimore County detectives are investigating an early Saturday morning shooting that left an adult man injured along German Hill Road, with authorities now seeking information from the public and offering a potential reward of up to $2,000.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department , officers responded to reports of a disturbance around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 7600 block of German Hill Road.
When officers arrived, they discovered an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower extremity.
Police said the victim's injuries do not appear to be life threatening. Authorities also indicated there is no ongoing threat to the community.
Detectives Investigating Early Morning Shooting Detectives assigned to the department's Violent Crimes Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
As of Saturday's announcement, police had not released information about a possible suspect, what led to the disturbance or whether anyone had been taken into custody.
