Finksburg, MD – A traffic stop in Carroll County led to the seizure of approximately 67 grams of suspected cocaine and the arrest of a Pennsylvania man Wednesday morning, according to authorities.
According to the Carroll County Sheriff 's Office, Pro Active Community Enforcement Team members were conducting traffic enforcement on Baltimore Boulevard around 9:58 a.m. when they observed a Chevrolet Malibu with Pennsylvania registration traveling westbound from Baltimore County.
Deputies alleged the vehicle had extremely dark window tint and failed to stop at a steady red light at Emory Road. Officers initiated a traffic stop near Route 140 and Emory Road.
