According to the National Weather Service in Indianapolis, dry fall weather will continue through Saturday before rain chances begin returning late in the weekend and into early next week.
Tuesday will be the coolest afternoon of the five day period, with highs across Central Indiana ranging from 69 to 75 degrees. Overnight lows are forecast between 46 and 52.
Temperatures climb sharply Wednesday, with highs from 78 to 84 degrees and nighttime lows of 51 to 55. Thursday turns somewhat cooler, with highs ranging from 72 to 80 and lows falling to between 45 and 49 degrees.
Friday remains sunny with highs of 71 to 79 and lows of 49 to 53.
Another warmup arrives Saturday. The NWS forecasts highs from 77 to 84 degrees across the region, with overnight lows of 56 to 59. The precipitation probability shown for Saturday is just 2%.
The temperature ranges reflect conditions across the broader Central Indiana forecast area, so Indianapolis and individual communities may experience values within those ranges rather than at the upper end each day.
