Investigation Began With National CyberTip
The Hamilton County Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force launched its investigation after receiving a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Authorities said the tip originated from the photo sharing platform SmugMug and involved approximately 175 images.
Investigators allege many images originated from photographs of juveniles wearing swimsuits or sports attire that were digitally manipulated using artificial intelligence to make the individuals appear nude.
Search Warrants Reveal Additional Evidence
Detectives obtained a search warrant for Coriaty's SmugMug account, where they allegedly discovered additional suspected child sexual abuse material created using AI tools.
Police said investigators also executed a search warrant at Coriaty's residence and located additional suspected illegal images stored on computers.
Authorities allege the material included manipulated photographs originally obtained from websites and advertisements.
