BRADLEY Governor Pritzker’s revised stay at home order begins on Friday. While the order states wearing masks in public is not optional, Menards is taking the step to make them a requirement for entry into their stores.
Beginning May 1st, all Menards stores will require customers to wear a face mask or face covering to enter the building. The company issued the statement yesterday ahead of the new state wide mandate that will take effect tomorrow across Illinois.
The move comes as the retailer continues to balance customer safety with the need to remain open as an essential business. Menards has been at the forefront of implementing safety protocols in their stores over the last month.
