Coyote Canyon may close following Owner/Operator change Coyote Canyon owner and operator Jim Johanek, who also owns Jimmy Jo's BBQ in Bourbonnais, announced this afternoon Coyote Canyon will not re open in the near future following a change in business ownership.
The popular Bradley location, which has been a staple in the area for nearly two decades, has been closed since mid March due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Johanek cited the economic uncertainty of the current business climate as the primary driver behind the decision.
The restaurant has long been known for its buffet style dining and large family friendly atmosphere.
