New Lenox, IL – Local residents in several neighborhoods are navigating ongoing fiber optic installation projects as crews work to expand digital infrastructure across the area. Construction is currently underway in the Pavlov Windermere, Deerfield, Surf Nantucket Lakes, Horizon Meadows, Clearwave North Side, and Wildwood subdivisions.
According to the Village of New Lenox, the municipality is not sponsoring these specific infrastructure projects. Instead, village officials are actively overseeing the necessary permits and the restoration of the public right of way to ensure work remains within regulatory guidelines.
