The operation took place near Allen Road and Kumho Parkway in the Macon area, where authorities say drivers repeatedly disregarded posted traffic control signs.

Wrong way travel can create dangerous situations, particularly when approaching drivers do not anticipate vehicles coming from the opposite direction.

Motorists traveling through the Allen Road and Kumho Parkway area should pay close attention to posted directional signs and avoid entering roadways marked Do Not Enter.
