Grand Junction, CO – An early morning overdose call in Grand Junction led to a drug arrest after deputies allegedly discovered heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and evidence of drug sales inside a home.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff 's Office, deputies responded at approximately 4:40 a.m. Thursday to a reported potential overdose at a residence in the 300 block of Clarinet Lane.
While two deputies attended to the overdose, other deputies interviewed people at the home. Authorities said 33 year old Allyson Rayfield allegedly attempted to leave with several belongings despite being asked to remain at the scene.
Deputies placed Rayfield into custody on outstanding warrants while continuing their investigation.
