Paducah, Kentucky – Seasonable temperatures will hold through Friday before a weekend warming trend pushes highs into the 80s Sunday and Monday.
According to the National Weather Service in Paducah, mainly dry weather is expected through Monday. The exception is a small chance of showers across southeast Missouri early Sunday.
Tonight will be mild, with temperatures ranging from 56 to 62 degrees. Wednesday brings partly cloudy conditions and highs from 74 to 81.
Temperatures begin edging higher Thursday, with highs of 75 to 83 degrees and nighttime readings of 54 to 60. Friday will reach 77 to 85, followed by lows of 55 to 60.
Saturday starts the weekend with highs ranging from 76 to 84 degrees and lows from 51 to 61. The warming trend becomes more noticeable Sunday as temperatures climb to between 78 and 86. Southeast Missouri has a small chance of morning showers, while mainly dry conditions continue elsewhere across the region.
Monday will bring the warmest temperatures shown in the outlook. Highs are expected to reach 82 to 88 degrees, putting readings above normal as the new week begins. Overnight temperatures will also trend upward, ranging from 59 to 65 Monday night.
Residents planning outdoor activities or travel can expect a predominantly dry stretch through the weekend. Southeast Missouri residents should account for the possibility of showers early Sunday. The broader region warms Sunday into Monday, with temperatures reaching their highest levels Monday.
