MORRIS The Morris Police Department urgently seeks public help in locating Herbert W. Grogg, 30, last seen in Chicago between September 2nd and September 10th.
Authorities described Grogg as a vulnerable adult who requires medication. His family has expressed deep concern for his well being, as this behavior is out of character for him.
The department is asking residents in both the Morris and Chicago areas to check any security camera footage or dashcam recordings that may have captured his presence. Anyone with information regarding his current whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Morris Police Department immediately.
