According to the Spokane County Sheriff 's Office, deputies responded to a report of a person with a weapon at approximately 2:20 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, near the intersection of West Rutter Parkway, North Indian Trail Road and Grey Heron Lane.
The driver told investigators he had been following a cyclist traveling slowly in the middle of Rutter Parkway when he honked his horn.
