Peoria, IL A routine traffic stop conducted by Peoria Police in the early hours of Saturday, March 23, 2024, led to the arrest of 53 year old Gregory A.
Officers pulled over a vehicle in the vicinity of the 2600 block of W. Wiswall Street at approximately 12:45 a.m. Upon identifying the driver, it was determined that he had active warrants for his arrest. During a search of the vehicle, authorities reportedly discovered a firearm and a quantity of suspected illegal narcotics.
Gregory A. was taken into custody and transported to the Peoria County Jail. He faces multiple charges, including possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.
