Drivers on Kane County roads should expect intermittent overnight disruptions as the Kane County Division of Transportation begins its annual crack sealing program Aug. 31. The work is intended to seal pavement cracks before they develop into larger road failures.
Crews are scheduled to work during evening and overnight hours to reduce daytime traffic impacts. Motorists should watch for temporary lane closures, posted signs and traffic control crews in active work zones.
