Health Officials Identify Local Measles Exposure Sites in Kane County

The Kane County Health Department issued an advisory Aug. 25 identifying locations where members of the public may have been exposed to measles. Officials said they are contacting people known to be at risk and providing guidance to residents who may have been at the listed locations during the relevant times.
The department also opened a call center for people with questions about possible exposure, symptoms or vaccination status. Residents who believe they were exposed should follow health department guidance and contact a health care provider as appropriate.
