Brevard County, FL – A convicted felon is back behind bars after deputies say they found him with a rifle, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia during a recent encounter. Deputies were conducting patrol when they encountered the individual. According to the police report, officers initiated a stop, which led to the discovery of the illegal items. The suspect, whose name has not been released by officials, was taken into custody without incident.
Charges include possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect remains in the Brevard County jail pending further legal action.
