Traffic Stop Leads to Alleged Drug Seizure in Berkeley County A late night traffic stop in Berkeley County resulted in a drug arrest after deputies allegedly found multiple narcotics inside a vehicle.
According to official reports, the deputy conducted a traffic stop for a minor violation. During the interaction, the deputy noted suspicious behavior and requested consent to search the vehicle.
Upon searching the car, deputies reportedly discovered a quantity of narcotics, including substances identified as methamphetamine and heroin, along with drug paraphernalia.
The driver was taken into custody without incident and transported to the local detention center. Charges are currently pending as the investigation continues.
