Bellows Falls, VT – Arrest Alert: NH Man Charged in 2025 Sexual Assault Bellows Falls, VT – A New Hampshire man is being held without bail following his arrest in connection with a July 2025 sexual assault investigation in Bellows Falls, Vermont.
The Vermont State Police announced the arrest on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, noting that the suspect, identified as a resident of New Hampshire, was taken into custody following an extensive investigation.
According to authorities, the incident occurred in July 2025. Following a multi agency effort, officials developed leads that pointed toward the suspect.
The man is currently being held without bail at the Southern State Correctional Facility pending his arraignment in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division.
