Arkansas Traffic Stop Leads to Seizure of 1,135 Pounds of Marijuana; New York Driver Arrested Ozark, AR – A New York truck driver was arrested near Ozark after Arkansas State Police seized more than 1,100 pounds of illegal marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 40.
Authorities identified the driver as a resident of New York. The seizure occurred following a routine traffic stop conducted by state troopers. Upon searching the vehicle, law enforcement discovered 1,135 pounds of marijuana hidden within the shipment.
