Louisville, KY – Louisville residents should prepare for an intense heatwave this week as temperatures are set to soar. The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a warning for hot and humid conditions, continuing from Sunday through Tuesday. The forecast predicts temperatures ranging from 92°F to 98°F, with heat indices potentially reaching between 100°F and 105°F.
According to the National Weather Service, Sunday will see temperatures between 92°F and 96°F, with a slight chance of isolated afternoon storms. Monday will be hot and mostly dry, with temperatures climbing between 95°F and 98°F. Tuesday will bring more isolated storm chances in the afternoon, with temperatures expected to range from 93°F to 97°F.
