Kankakee, IL – Argument Leads to Alleged Gun Threat, Suspect Arrested

A 30-year-old Kankakee man was arrested after allegedly threatening a woman with a gun Saturday afternoon in Oak Creek Estates.

According to Kankakee County Sheriff’s deputies, Flynn Dean went to the woman’s home on N. Arthur Birch Dr. around 1 p.m., where the two got into an argument. The victim reported that Dean went back to his pickup truck and returned with a handgun. 

Dean was found a short time later at a home on South Fraser in Kankakee and was taken into custody on various gun-related charges.
