Mercer County, PA Police Seek Woman Wanted in $2,600 Ulta Theft

Mercer County, PA – Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman wanted on felony retail theft charges following an alleged theft at an Ulta Beauty store in Mercer County earlier this year.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Troop D, Mercer Station, investigators are searching for 57-year-old Charnise Lamar Dent, who is wanted on multiple warrants related to an alleged retail theft that occurred on May 9, 2026, Saturday, at the Ulta Beauty store located inside the Grove City Premium Outlets at 1911 Leesburg Grove City Road in Grove City.

Police allege Dent removed approximately $2,618 worth of perfume from the store at about 6:05 p.m. Investigators said she was captured on security video during the alleged theft.

According to state police, Dent is wanted on felony charges including third-offense retail theft and removing a security tag involving merchandise valued at more than $1,000.

Police described Dent as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Her last known address was listed in Pittsburgh.

Anyone with information about Dent’s whereabouts is asked to contact PSP Mercer at 724-748-0044 and ask for Trooper Cazy. Tips may also be submitted by calling 1-800-472-8477 or online through the PSP Tips website. State police noted that callers may be eligible for a cash reward if their information leads to an arrest or helps solve the case.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and Dent is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
