Spokane Valley, WA – Three people were arrested after investigators executed a search warrant at a Spokane Valley home as part of an ongoing drug and firearms investigation, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the Spokane Valley Investigative Unit (SVIU) and the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF), investigators served a search warrant on Monday, July 20, 2026, at a residence in the 1000 block of South Century Court.

Authorities said investigators seized additional quantities of packaged fentanyl powder, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and several thousand rounds of ammunition. Officials also recovered one vehicle and four electric bicycles, in addition to another vehicle previously seized during an earlier search warrant.

The sheriff’s office noted the residence is the same location where investigators served a previous warrant on July 10 following a federal indictment against another individual on alleged fentanyl and methamphetamine distribution charges. During that earlier investigation, authorities reported seizing firearms, cash, narcotics, vehicles, and ammunition.

Four people were initially detained during Monday’s operation, but one person was later released without charges.

According to the sheriff’s office, John B. Lewis, 53, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl), and unlawful use of a building for drug purposes.

Lynn (NMI) Ross, 57, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, while Jessica R. Reeves, 38, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

The investigation remains active, and authorities said additional arrests or charges are possible. The charges are allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
