While most of Monday and Tuesday remain dry, meteorologists are monitoring a gradual increase in Gulf moisture later in the week.
Beginning Wednesday night, isolated thunderstorms become possible before rain chances increase Thursday. The developing pattern could bring scattered downpours, lightning, and brief travel slowdowns, but widespread severe weather is not currently expected. Even so, a few stronger storms with gusty winds cannot be completely ruled out, so residents should continue monitoring updated forecasts through midweek.
