Clermont, FL – The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 62-year-old Clermont woman who was last seen Saturday and may have traveled out of state.
According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Prudenciana “Prudence” Hornberger was last seen on Saturday, June 28, in the Crescent Bay Boulevard area of Clermont.
Investigators said Hornberger left her residence driving a white Honda Accord bearing Florida license plate TAG/TS2KF. Authorities believe she may be in the Georgia area, though her exact location is unknown.
Deputies described Hornberger as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with medium-length braids and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing:
- A light-colored golf shirt
- Golf pants (color unknown)
- Nike tennis shoes
The sheriff’s office has not released additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding her disappearance but is asking anyone with information to contact investigators immediately.
