Illinois Alert: Reckless Four-Wheeler Causes Damage at Schools, Endangering Children

MOUNT VERNON, Ill. – Mount Vernon officials are offering a $500 cash reward for information leading to the identification of a reckless four-wheeler operator causing havoc on the streets, allegedly damaging property at local schools, businesses, and government buildings. 

Over the past two weeks, the unidentified individual has reportedly sped through Veterans Park, endangered children, and disobeyed traffic rules. Authorities have had unsuccessful confrontations, with the offender fleeing each time.
