BOURBONNAIS – A Secret Food Pantry event is scheduled for August 18th.
The mobile pop-up event will take place in the Bourbonnais Municipal Center parking lot at 700 Main St. NW from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. this Thursday.
The pantry’s founder and organizer, MaryLu Krueger says anyone in need can come for food. as there are no residential or financial restrictions.
Visitors are asked not to arrive more than 30 minutes prior to the event. Anyone wishing to volunteer can reach out to The Original Secret Pantry group on Facebook.
