- Mahmoud Al-Soudani, arrested at Out Smoke 1 in Kenner, allegedly found with psilocybin.
- Shady Abu-Hamad, arrested at Vape On in Kenner, allegedly charged with intent to distribute Schedule I narcotics, including kratom.
In addition to the arrests, officials said OSFM issued 62 safety citations, while ATC issued 110 citations and suspended one emergency license.
