BOURBONNAIS – A set of Multi-Family Buildings could be headed to the area near the newly developed Bourbonnais Parkway.

The proposed development would sit at the corner of Bourbonnais Parkway and Stonebridge Boulevard filling a 23.5 acre site.  A complex would include 16 buildings consisting of 320 individual units.

As part of the proposed development, the developer would provide a Club House, pool, and dog walking park. Commercial development could be put in place as well on the north side of the property.

Multiple ordinances to accommodate the development were also brought up during last night’s meeting.  Those will be scheduled for a second reading in two weeks.
